Describes the 4 options for downloading MARC records from NHU-PAC for use by NHAIS libraries in their local systems.

 Maintaining Holdings in NHU-PAC

For NH libraries who maintain their holdings in the Union Catalog (as opposed to having their local system configured as a Z-target) this video explains how to add, edit, and delete holdings individually and the options available for sending batches of MARC records reflecting additions or deletions.

Please use the survey found at the above link to send information about materials your library has acquired and for which there is no record currently available in NHU-PAC. For each item you need a MARC record for you will need to complete a separate survey.

NHAIS libraries who wish to use NHU-PAC as a source of MARC records for their local systems may do so in any of the ways outlined in this document
