Learning Pathways for Librarians and Library Staff

The New Hampshire State Library supports library development services through the following activities in its Five-Year Plan goals:

• Activity 2.7: Deliver assistance and counsel to library personnel to help them improve their services for individuals of all ages. 

This LibGuide outlines, by job responsibility, possible training checklists for new staff or staff who have new responsibilities. The checklists include training videos by State Library staff, some curated content from other sources and some to-do items. They are intended to serve as a starting point, with the understanding that each library is unique and may want to supplement with their own local training and information.
